A high quality production sheetfed scanner that scans documents at 50 ppm (simplex) and 100 ipm (duplex) and includes a 100-page capacity Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). It has the ability to scan a wide range of mixed document sizes (up to A3 / 11" x 17") and supports long document scanning up to 38" (965 mm) making it an effective way to index a large volume of mixed documents, such as medical forms or real estate contracts.

Ultrasonic Double Feed Detection is built into the DocuMate 742 so a page will never be skipped due to a misfeed or a stapled document going through the scanner. Small items such as plastic cards and large documents can easily be stacked in the ADF and instantly scanned to Searchable PDF or most document management software programs such as Xerox DocuShare, Microsoft SharePoint, and many more.
