This switching unit serves as the systems intelligent, nonblocking control center and can be cascaded to provide connections to additional servers. Choose from four Base Unit systems, all of which are easy to rackmount.
The Summit has three modes of operation:
– Private Mode, in which computer CPU access is restricted to one user at a time
– Public View, which enables one user to view the monitor of a second user while the second user accesses a CPU
– PC Share Mode, in which a computer CPU can be accessed by more than one user (although only one user can be in control at any one time).
