• Place your order online. Your initial order will show us charging you sales tax.
• Call 877-888-2678 for customer service. Your customer service representative will walk you through this process and provide you with a fax number for the required documents.
• Our credit card processing group will zero out the tax on your initial order and set up your account for tax-exempt status.
• You will not be charged sales tax on future orders using this account.
• The billing address on your account must match the address on the tax-exempt certificate
