Credit cards accepted eCOST.com is unable to accept credit, debit, or check associated with a billing address outside of the United States.

When eCOST.com charges your account

eCOST.com receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.  

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order - even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-Issuing bank for Information about your daily spending limits If you are having trouble placing your order. 

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.  

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Tax

Tax Rate

In accordance with state and local law, your eCOST order will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller's use tax rate for your shipping address. If the tax rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order ships will apply.

Pricing & Product Availability

Pricing

Because of the fast-moving nature of the industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. eCOST is unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date Information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. Your eCOST Account Executive will inform you when a product is not in stock, and can tell you when we expect the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon vendor-supplied information and are subject to change.

Typographic, Photographic, Technical and Pricing Errors

Although we strive to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please Inform us so It can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, eCOST may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, eCOST shall have the right to cancel the order and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

Same Day, In Stock Same Day

Applies only to items marked as "Same Day", and which do not require configuration. and which are available for delivery in the contiguous United States. The symbol "Same Day" indicator is not a guarantee that your order will ship the same day you place it. This only indicates that the item in question was located in a warehouse at the time the website was last updated, and that we may be able to ship the product to you today If It Is available pending credit approval and receipt of your order at the warehouse-if all applicable guidelines are met. 

Next Day, In Stock Next Day

This symbol indicates that the product was located in a warehouse at the time the website was last updated, and that the warehouse is closed for shipping at this time, and that we may be able to ship the product to you on the next business day. Your order will usually be shipped the next business day if it is available, pending credit approval and receipt of your order at the warehouse-if all applicable guidelines are met.

This product is not currently available for shipment from any of our warehouse locations based upon information available to us at the last time the website was updated.
