I have had this headset before. I use it with a Samsung Galaxy 3. For the most part the noise cancelling works. It seems like it doesn't do a good job at cancelling out the higher pitched noise of crinkling paper or stiff clear plastic wrap. People complain that it hurts their ears. I bought this to replace a previous one I lost. I had it for 4 hours and lost the new one. BlueAnt is going to get rich off me if this keeps up. I have re-ordered a new one today and will secure it to my head with duct tape.
