I ordered a total of 7 Cruz T103 for my Gandchildren for Christmas this year. I opened one item & all I can say is they look very nice. The service was Great, the Reps I talked to were knowledgeable & very respectful. They even called to make sure I really was placing 2 differant orders. I received the 2 orders in about 5 days which I really appreciate. The only complaint that I have is that there was no instruction booklet with the tablets, but yet again when I called about this matter they gaveme the web site so that I could print the instructions.
