I received mine today... trashed... box destroyed... monitor completely bashed in. They shipped it with 4 pieces of foam, each about the size of a CD. the monitor was bouncing around inside the inadequately cushioned box...
when I opened it I knew I was screwed. I can not believe someone would ship a monitor in a box where you can feel it slamming up against the sides... almost zero padding...
