The camera does work, but it is very difficult to install and set up, I had to call support at Mac Mall then they referred me to the manufacturer's support. My tech was great and after several hours on the phone he got the cameras set up. Every time I log off or try to go back in, the password needs to be entered 3, 4, 5 or more times before it works, the pictures are not very clear and the system does not connect many times. I am returning the cameras becuse they did not serve my needs.
