I bought two of these Dell Optiplex GX745 Window 7 Professional Desktop - Refurbished for our Churrch to replace what the secretary called "dinosaurs." Everything worked just as if they were new, and not refurbished. They came with a fairly new keyboard and optical mouse. I was surprised to see that they were even 64 bit...which was a very welcome surprise. I am happy with the purchase. I am happy with the price. Best yet, our Church is very happy with their "new" computers.
