 Serves my needs just fine!, 2012-03-08

It may not be an IPad, nor a pc but it is perfect for my needs. It is small enough to fit in my pants pocket and to carry with me to use anywhere wi-fi is available. The 1.2 mhz processor and 512 mb of ram make it a peppy little tablet. Works quite well even in poor signal areas. The Mobile1 market is pretty extensive, although I have only downloaded a few free apps and games, which work quite well.
There was a firmware update available from Skytek, which I installed, with no problems, once I took my time and followed the steps exactly as instructed in the downloadable instructions!
I use Facebook alot and have had no problems, although my favorite game, Farmville, won't load into the desktop version, but Farmville Express works good enough when away from home. The touchscreen is very responsive, although my dry, rough, calloused hands occasionally miss a tap or two.
I use the pre-installed Google browser, but also use Internet Explorer with my MSN home page, for my local news and Hotmail.
I'm very satisfied.
