Delivery of receiver was fast and it comes well packaged. Although it was sold as a refurbished unit, you cannot tell by looking at it . . . not a scratch or visible finger print on it.

Hook-up went pretty smoothly (TV set-top box, Blu-Ray player, VCR, Bose speakers) but on-screen set-up was a bit more difficult for me . . . I found the supplied "quick set-up" instructions to be confusing and incomplete. A full manual is provided on a CD which I ended up printing out (60 pages!) in order to get through the set-up.

The unit works great . . . plenty of power and excellent audio quality. Only negatives were the lack of a printed owners manual and lack of an analog audio output for earphones that does not shut off speakers when earphones are plugged in (unable to use "TV Ears" for hearing impaired listener while others are listening to speakers).
