Excellent Service , 2010-01-23

Have not received the product yet will add info once received but wanted to note the EXCELLENT customer service I have received on this product as it was back ordered and i received an email saying so with its arrival date to the store is on the 28th. This component is going in a build im doing for a customer and that date was to far off so i emailed the store and explained that I had to purchase it somewhere else to make a deadline. They did further research and actually called my cell phone to tell me it was in and they were sending it immediately

Now that is service ! I build a lot of PC’s so there are some limitations to the parts I can get from the store for obvious reasons. But I do also own a macbook pro and if i do in fact need anything for it I will be coming here without a doubt . The store’s prices are competitive (usually order all parts from Newegg, tiger direct) so the store has just earned itself a new customer !
