I was a little skeptic about ordering this unit at first because it was refurbished and the fact it has 1GB of RAM. However, after receiving it, I was quite pleased and very happy it does exactly what I need it to do. It was a present for my mother who is 80 and for my niece who is a first time PC user and do not require much. This unit is perfect in great condition, runs extremely fast easy to load, did not expect a mouse and keyboard which was a plus. This unit came neatly packed and the turn-around time for when I placed the order was amazing. I am very pleased and would recommend this unit to anyone interested and PC Mall customer service was able to deliver excellent service. By the way, I purchased two of them.
