My three stars have nothing to do with the store. Their customer service and shipping is the best. You should research the windows compact os before you purchase this little netbook. Had I done so I would have not chose something else. WinCE is based on a Windows 95 OS. It has an imbedded OS which means you can not add any programs to it. You get what you get. If your wifi has a password the wifi will not recognize the setting of your router. You will need to know what they are to be able to connect (shared, open WEP, WPA WPA2 etc) However the wifi signal is strong unlike some of the 7 inch tablets out there.

The browser is IE5 so you will not be able to view websites that have much content (images flash java)

I tried to put android or linux on it. (but it does not have bios) and could not again because of the imbedded OS on a chip.

That said for the money if you just want to check emails or give to a child for a gift then you are not out too much money. It does feel solid built and should withstand some bumps and drops.
