So far so good. Drive coupled with an iMac for Time Machine backups. Good value at refurb price. Quiet operation, but a little slow due to USB 2.0 only option for cable - 250 Gb over 4 hrs for initial TM backup. TM updates are obviously much faster (<5 min). Drive is probably ideal for casual/home user unless you have a substantial amount of digital data to backup. You would probably need a larger capacity / faster drive if this is your situation.
