  Nice Charging Dock With Sound & Clock,  2012-07-09

For an accessory, this is a nice sounding charging station. Many Charging Dock stereo units sound like a cheap portable radio. A very serious come-down from the sound quality we’ve come to expect from our portable devices. This is a surprising exception. The remote control is simple, straight-forward and works well. The down-loadable APP adds to functionality. The time is easy to read with bleary eyes (even without glasses) in the reduced light of night. The only complaint I have is that the clock will not keep good time, (sometimes losing several hours) and doesn’t always sync with the iPhone when docked. Hasn’t yet caused ME a problem, (I’m a natural early-riser) but it certainly could if I depended on an alarm clock to rise on time in the morning.
