  good monitor, but received it damaged,  2011-10-26

I ordered the refurbished model. It arrived damaged; the case was separated and you could see inside the monitor. Not sure how it got this way, but I was able to snap it back into place, except for one area where there is now a bulge. The monitor works great, and the store was willing to take back the monitor and even sent me an RMA, where they’d pay for return shipping. I wanted another monitor of the same model but then they ran out of the refurbs and I didn’t feel like spending an extra $30 for a new version, so I kept it. The monitor is great, and I would highly recommend it. Their service was pretty good, too. Just wish the monitor had arrived in better condition. It had various scuffs and other imperfections...but it was a refurb...
