The wireless router provided by FairPoint in rural Vermont works fine in our house, but less dependably in my studio over our attached barn. So when I got an offer for this router at a good price – with the claim that it will reach places other routers don't – I sprang for it.

Here's the weird thing. It doesn't seem to reach any better than the original router. But since I plugged the new Belkin Share into the router FairPoint gave me, the signal from the Fairpoint router has become much more consistent. Whether the Belkin had anything to do with that I have no idea. But what I wanted is happening.
