I needed a monitor for my MAC Powerbook so I can look straight ahead and have better posture during the hours I spend at the computer. This monitor is a great deal, most bang for the buck I found and free shipping from MacMall. I am driving it through the mini-display port via DVI input. Picture is awesome. I have not used the speakers as I have a Yamaha Sub-Sat USB System for audio. Unit is impressively attractive on my desk. Plug and play set up, comes with all necessary cords. If I had it to do over I would buy it again. I recommend it to anyone. who desires this size monitor.
