As do many national retailers, eCOST.com utilizes the service of a third party processor to handle the validation and payment fulfillment for rebate offers. On Friday, November 14, 2008 the third party firm we used to process our rebates, Continental Promotion Group (CPG), filed a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy petition. We are doing everything possible to cause no interruption in the process of our customer rebates, however there may be factors outside of our control that could cause a delay or difficulties in processing rebates filed prior to November 7, 2008. Rest assured that all valid rebates will be fulfilled. There is no need for you to take any action other then we ask for time and patience while we reconcile outstanding rebate forms and work to put a new rebate process in place.
