Motorola T9500XLR 2-Way Radios Rechargeable Pack The Motorola T9500XLR two way radio is Motorola's most powerful consumer two way radio yet. The T9500XLR has a slightly longer antenna than previous Talkabout models, giving it a potential 25 mile maximum range in optimal conditions (typically 2 miles in urban conditions).
In addition to providing great range as a two way radio the Motorola T9500XLR is also a weather radio, supporting 10 NOAA weather channels. With the iVOX hands free feature the T9500-XLR acts as a speaker phone, allowing you to use your hands for other activities. Hands free (VOX) mode on this model works with or without an optional headset. The T-9500XLR also supports Motorola's VibraCall vibrating alert.
